Nella Cirillo is an accomplished educator and leader in the Australian education system. She plays a key role in shaping educational strategies and supporting staff development.
Previously, she was the Assistant Principal at Catholic Regional College North Keilor, a position she held for three years. Prior to that, she spent over 15 years at St Columba’s College as a Pathways Coordinator, demonstrating her dedication to student growth and academic excellence.
With nearly two decades of experience in education, Nella continues to make a significant impact in fostering innovation and leadership, with a passion for Girls education, she is an exellent addition to the Marian community and in her tenure so far, has had a signifcant impact in improving staff wellbeing and a refinement of education stratergies to ensure we deliver the best versions of our staff every day.
Natalie joined Marian in 2024 as the Business Manager, excited for a new challenge and to continue her dedication to shaping environments where young women thrive.
Natalie is a highly accomplished executive leader and community director, with a proven track record in strategy development, governance frameworks, financial management, and workplace transformation, she combines strategic oversight with operational excellence to drive growth and lasting impact.
With extensive experience managing high-performing teams, Natalie has successfully led complex projects and transformative change initiatives, all while fostering a strong and collaborative
workplace culture. Her ability to quickly understand an organisation's needs and implement impactful solutions has made her a trusted leader in the education sector.
Beyond her professional achievements, Natalie is deeply committed to empowering women in leadership. As a Board Member of Girl Guides Victoria, she actively supports initiatives that create space for women to uplift one another and unlock their potential.
Natalie’s passion for business, leadership, and community engagement continues to inspire meaningful change, ensuring organisations she works with remain resilient, innovative, and purpose driven.
Belinda joined Marian College in 2025 She has held a variety of leadership positions throughout her career and she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the College, particularly in fostering innovation, enhancing student learning, and driving improved outcomes.
Belinda held leadership positions at Salesian College Sunbury as the Director of Learning (Years 7-10) and at Emmanuel College as the Learning and Teaching Leader: Curriculum Programs. Her extensive background in education reflects her commitment to student success and innovative teaching practices.
Belinda holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Australian Catholic University, along with additional qualifications in Careers Education and Training & Assessment. Her expertise in curriculum design and leadership continues to make a significant impact in the education sector.
Her leadership has consistently focused on implementing creative strategies to support academic excellence and personal growth for students.
Kerrie has worked at Marian College for over 35 years, and during this time has held a number of different leadership roles including Camps Coordinator, Curriculum Leader, Year Level Leader and School Organiser, as well as Assistant to the Principal – Student Wellbeing.
Kerrie has taught Mathematics and Science at all levels as well as Health and Physical Education for a number of years. She has a Degree in Science, a Graduate Diploma of Teaching as well as post-graduate study in the areas of Student Wellbeing and a Master of School Leadership.
Kerrie is passionate about the link between wellbeing and learning and believes that:

Kerrie supports all members of the Marian community to ensure that its students feel safe and happy, and that this allows them the opportunity to maximise their learning in a nurturing environment. At the end of their time at Marian, the students should graduate as resilient, strong and kind individuals who make differences in the world. This cannot happen without working in partnership with parents/guardians and together helping young people to navigate the ever-changing landscape of the world that they live in.
